  • How can I get help regarding the courses?

  • How to create an account on website?

    You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on 'Log in' button present on the top right of website home page, a popup for log in will open, click on 'Sign Up' button. Enter your Email Id, Password and Mobile No. to register for an account. (You may need to verify your Mobile Number by OTP and also confirm your email ID)

  • How to create an account on App?

    You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id, Password and Mobile No. to register for an account. (You may need to verify your Mobile Number by OTP and also confirm your email ID)

  • I have issues with Account Login, what should I do?

    You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. You will receive the new password on your registered email address. Try to login with the new password. If the issue still persists, drop an email to support@trainonic.com with the issue details.

  • I am unable to access the video lectures/courses, what should I do?

    Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used while the purchase of the course. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to support@trainonic.com

  • How to take a Course?

    After you have purchased the Course or used the access code of the course, the course would be added to your My Course Section. Click on the Course image to start the course.

  • What is All Access Pass?

    All Courses Access Pass! The name itself sums it up. You get access to all our Online Video based courses, individual courses, course bundles and all training videos at a reasonable price. There are two plans in All Courses Access Pass – Monthly Pass and Yearly Pass.

  • When does the course start and finish?

    Once you make the payment for the course, it will be available to you on demand instantly. You can take the course at your own pace and convenience. There is no deadline to complete the course.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    After you enrol for the course, you will have limited access. Monthly -All Courses Access Pass is valid for a month and Yearly- All Courses Access Pass is valid for a Year. The individual courses are valid for 6 Months. You can access the course from anywhere, using your own device.

  • Can I Download the course videos?

    No, you cannot download the videos to your devices.

  • How many devices I can log in to the trainonic learning portal?

    Trainonic courses can be accessed only from two devices. One Web-Login and One from Application (Android OR iOS). Account will get blocked if you take screenshots inside the Android OR iOS application.

  • What is the refund policy?

    All product purchases and pre-orders, including but not limited to video courses, all-access passes, lab workbooks, streaming courses, are non-refundable and non-transferable. We would encourage you to take a free demo session of the courses/all-access pass before the purchase.

  • What is a Trainonic Certificate?

    With Trainonic certification, you get recognition of having acquired the requisite knowledge and competency in the networking field. The Trainonic certificate validates that you have completed the course.

  • How do I get a certificate?

    You can Download the Trainonic Certificate at the click of a button upon completion of your course.

  • Do you offer classroom training course?

    Trainonic offers only "Online video-based courses/ Self-paced on demand Courses".However, our parent company I-Medita provides instructor-led classroom training for networking courses. You may visit, www.imedita.com for more.
