- Self-Paced Courses: Instant access is provided after successful enrollment. Login credentials and access details will be delivered to your registered email address.
- Consulting Services: Scheduling and access information will be shared over email or phone after confirmation of service booking.
- Examination Vouchers: Vouchers and redemption instructions will be delivered to your registered email address within 1–3 business days of purchase.
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details and instructions for accessing your purchased product or service. Please ensure that the email address provided at the time of registration is accurate.
